Senior. I started my career at Accenture, working on commercial due diligence and strategy for mid-market and corporate clients. From there I moved in-house — SHV Energy (commercial strategy and pricing for a large B2B energy business), then APM Terminals (led an 8-person PMO through a major operational transformation). More recently: PE-backed and scale-up engagements through Impulssum, and a product-driven transformation at Vescom. Across all of it, I’ve operated at the level where direction gets set and decisions get made.
Hands-on. I’ve always been the person in the room doing the actual work — building the models, running the workshops, writing the strategy. Not delegating to analysts, not parachuting in for the presentation. When I say I stay for execution, I mean I’m running the sprints, owning the workstreams, and building the capability in your team along the way.
Accountable for results. Lumiwim Advisory came out of an unexpected place: a concussion forced me to slow down and figure out what work I actually wanted to do. What came out of that was clarity — I want to be genuinely accountable for outcomes, not just for handing over a deck. Work I find interesting, at a level where experience matters, without the overhead of a large organisation. That’s still the brief.
I’m originally from Eindhoven, now based in Haarlem with my two kids. Outside of work I’m happiest moving — sports, hiking, anything outdoors.
